  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
  • Full payment must be received before an order is processed.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. SheeNee Studios does not store your complete payment card information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are made specifically after you place an order.

Because of this:

  • Production begins shortly after payment confirmation.
  • Orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
  • Slight variations in color, print position, and garment dimensions are considered normal manufacturing variations and are not defects.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier services
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings.
  • Personal preference.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment provider processing times.
